Worked one time then all I get is a flashing red light. Charged it over night, still nothing. Checked tightness and correct fit of the jar, still nothing.

Have had and tried numerous grinders, manual and battery, and until now, all had flaws, issues, and problems. This is the first one that is a perfect size, a strong enough motor, and decent-sized grinder jar. Also seems to hold a charge better than several others. You won't be disappointed!

The product is fantastic, the costumer instructions to operate gets an f minus ,im sure there has been quite a lot of returns for this product, for that reason. Since im an electronic engineer i was able to figure out the issue of confusion. That is that the instructions fail miserably to let the costumer know that there is a sensor to sence the class cover. And if that sensor is not clean from debris, the rotor will not work. Such a good product with horrible operations instructions.

Dead batteries that won't hold the charge even aftre 3 hours of the green light flashing/"charging". I will return all 5 units I bought.

I bought one to keep at my house in California and Virginia. I go through a quarter of flower a day easily, and I’ve had this for about a month now.. battery life is good. I only have to charge it once every couple of days and i use it frequently… I see a lot of reviews of people crying about how to turn it on and off. I have had no issues with mine whatsoever, you have to click it five times to turn it on, and then press it again to engage the blades…. Then 5 clicks off. Not rocket surgery people..The safety button on the inside is a nice touch. Without it I feel like I would have turned it on accidentally several times. So far I’ve used 4 different electric herb grinders and this one is at the top for sure!!
