This is an excellent compromise between many of the ultra-quiet high volume fans (costing two and three times as much) and the troublesome contractor-spec garbage you are probably replacing. Moves a lot of air. Not silent, but very quiet (I measured 46-47 db at 5ft). Relatively simple install if replacing another unit. Trouble free operation. Again, a great compromise. I couldn't be more pleased.

It works well and was a easy installation

Needed an exhaust fan for the bathroom area of a "tiny home" project. This is adjvertised as 110 CFM and super quiet.I can verify it is quiet, but I do not know about the airflow, it sure does not feel like it is moving that much.Installation was typical, took about 15 minutes and was up and running once connected to the ductwork that feeds to the exterior.This model does not have a built-in light, but that was my choice. It looks great, fits perfectly and functions as it should.Overall, I would not hesitate to buy again as it is much cheaper than a box store for the same unit.

Easy to install. I hired someone to do it and it took 20 minutes. He climbed in the attic in the bathroom and did it that way so did not have to cut open a hole wider. It was a couple inches wider than my original but he did it without cutting anything.

Purchased this bathroom vent and light when we renovated our second floor full bathroom. The vent works great and is fairly quiet but the lighting is awful. It's s super bright LED light. I don't even turn the light on its so bright. I do have additional lighting over the sink so I just use that. I only use the fan. I would not recommend this item for lighting in your bathroom. I will be purchasing a new vent/lighting system
