"This is not the stevia you're looking for." No, really, it's not. It is now Stevia "Sweetner". It's just not sweet--as in measure in 1/4 cups rather than spoons. It doesn't have the neutral flavor I was used to buying. The Stevia package that previously looked like this, had one ingredient, stevia; THIS product is now adulterated with erythritol, to no good reason. The flavor is slightly bitter, and as I said before, it's not even sweet. Stevia EXTRACT is just stevia, the older and truer version. More expensive, but it IS sweet.

This sweetener works great for smoothies and my iced tea brewer.

I've been using stevia for many years and bought this Stevia Sweetener Powder with Plant-based Erythritol because the price for four pounds was so low. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed with this product for several reasons. The sweetening power is insufficient - it's like powdered sugar or confectioner's sugar in texture but barely sweet. I've been doubling the amount I normally use, and my tea still isn't sweet enough. For a stevia product, this is a significant problem. I also realize I missed that this contains erythritol when I purchased it. Recent studies suggest erythritol may increase blood clot risk and potentially harm cardiovascular health, which is concerning to me. I don't feel comfortable continuing to use this product due to the potential health risks. While the low price initially seemed attractive, the weak sweetening power means you end up using much more product, and the health concerns about erythritol make this not worth the savings for me.

The only one I’ve tried that actually tastes like sugar with no after taste. Powder sugar consistency.

I bought this instead of the product I was buying because it is much cheaper. However, I did not pay attention to the fact that it is 4x instead of12x sweetening. But is still a better buy. I would like it better if it did not contain Erythritol. I noticed it on the label but decided to try it. I prefer the 12x, so am I cheap or frugal? I have on decided if I will buy it again.
