Tasy and filling, but quickly emptied
So whilst the keto-friendly values being acceptable for breakfast portions, the package was empty after 2-3 days. I really did like the taste though and was surprised at how keto-friendly it was for the flavour. Might try make a similar granola myslef, but for those not bothered or wanting convenience I'd definitely recommend this!

30g is not a serving!
The picture shows a normal spoon for comparison. This is what these people think is a serving size. In other words three spoonfuls is 2.8 net carbs. If you’re on keto you will know that this is definitely NOT keto friendly.
