Terribly made, for a pricey piece of plastic. Latch didn't catch properly and much thinner than they used to be in the 2000s. Don't buy into the hype! I returned for refund.

Got this too put my sawing stuff in it's cheap plastic and not put together very well it's now in the bin

Bought 2! Perfect the tweens in my life for makeup, lotions and hair supplies. They loved them. And just as I remembered from my childhood.

This version is really cute, no scratches, and closes well despite the gap. The third picture is an official caboodle stamp. This doesn't have that so not sure if it's real, but still pretty good for the price. Am very happy with my purchase.

bought this for my daughters 8th bday. makeup, brushes, skincare, & anything beauty is her newest form of play. so i figured a classic caboodle would be an excellent gift for her to keep all her products together nicely. Unfortunately, this item is far too tiny to really hold anything at all. But in all honesty, i should have just scrolled down and read the whole description. I guess I just imagined mine when I was younger and figured they were all the same. I'm sure i'll find something to use it for..

We got this for storing hair bows and barrettes and it is great for that. The mirror was dislodged however and that was dangerous for little fingers.
