This device is AMAZING! First off, I have it on the shortest setting (in distance) and it still shoots out far. I love how it doesn’t shoot straight but more at an angle to give it height in case your pup likes to stand 2 feet in front of it with anticipation (like mine does). I have looked at others and the constant loud noise has mixed reviews, this one is NOT like that. It has a slight noise as it revs up to toss the ball but it only last 3 seconds and is quiet (as if it’s off) until you reload the ball. Excellent investment toy for your fur baby. Mine loves his.

My dog loves it so much I hide it on him.. that he got a hold of it and chewed the cord to get to the balls is there any chance I could get new cord for this

balls are a little small, but overall we love it, and my dog has figured it out after a few times helping him!

It was great at first. But after a few days of working great, the launcher now begins to get stuck or does not project the ball after a few launches. You have to take the ball out and re-try to launch. Then it works as it should for a few tosses…and then the problem repeats itself. And, yes..I am using the proper size ball that came with the machine. And it has certainly eased my shoulder pain and soreness. But what I thought would be smooth sailing is requiring extra effort.

The ball launcher is a big hit for my small & medium size dogs. They will play on their own until they are exhausted. I taught my dog how to put the ball in the launcher. I use it inside & outside. I use the balls that came with the launcher plus ChuckIt small balls. For size perspective I’m sharing a picture of the small ball next to the standard size ChuckIt ball.

I should have listened to the reviews. 2nd or 3rd time using it and it stopped working.

Its great but my dog won't play with it.

Update: Although I still think this is a great and fun toy for my ball crazy dog, don’t get your hopes up for using it only with battery power. It’s a complete letdown and the batteries need to be replaced constantly. So much for taking this to the dog park with us 🥲 So, I honestly have to say I had no idea what to expect when I found/ordered this ball launcher. Well, I have to say it's probably one of the best toys I've ever bought for my BALL CRAZY puppy. She is going completely crazy (in a good way) with this, and I think it's safe to say she LOVES it. Some people may think this is a little on the pricey side, but if you have a small dog who wants to do nothing but chase balls all day long than it is worth every single penny. The only thing I regret is that I didn't buy this for her 10 years ago. She missed out on years of fun with this one. Oh, and it works off a power cord OR EIGHT SIZE C BATTERIES. So, if you plan on taking it to the park or using it in the yard don't forget to order the batteries so you will all good to go!
