Came with good packaging but no box that I don’t like.

It's a beautiful purse but you would think it would come with a duster. There's no duster, no nothing. Just the purse in a plastic bag. Shouldn't it be different than that?

I like how sleek and elegant the design is but in person it’s a lot more boxy. Too boxy for me. The texture is also too firm but I’m sure it gets better the more you use it. I have a coach tote 26 and I feel this one and my tote 26 fit the same amount which I was hoping this would fit more. I’m not sure it’s exactly how I expected it especially for this price. The packaging is great but I think i like receiving one directly from Coach bc they have it come in a coach box. I’m thinking of returning
