Anyone used the white or grey that could say if it blacks out light altogether? I don’t want black as ink transfers onto my white linen.

I use the grey and it works exactly the same. It’s lined, so it isn’t the silk doing the actual job.

Does it say what is the filling material of the mask?

I didn’t look to be honest, but I absolutely love this eye mask! So comfortable & completely blocks out light!

is this mask washable? (I work nights, the one I have is falling to bits)

It says on the pack it comes in that it is indeed machine washable on a cold wash up to 30 degrees. Hope this helps :)

Is the mask breathable in that air can get to the eyes when you wear the mask?

yes it is breathable but it does form a more impressive moisture barrier than cotton for example. This is how it stops the skin under the mask drying out over night. If your questions pertains to sweating it will not increase sweating and silk is naturally anti bacterial and anti fungal to prevent odours.
