Flimsy, fragile.
Actually not great quality for the price, a fragile flimsy product.Zip seems fragile and temperamental, just hope it does not break.The case also wobbles over and does not stand alone rather annoying design.But the Granddaughter loves it.

Very disappointed!
Bought this as an Easter gift for my daughter as we were travelling to Turkey in May. Kept it away to use at airport. Looked lovely at first glance. We hadn't even got on the plane & both straps had come away from the bag so she was unable to carry it. Really disappointed! Would not recommend. Poor quality.

Disappointing
Disappointing overall. Handle does not stay in upright position to pull it along. Unable to stand upright as wheels and feet are not level which causes case to fall over.
