Not a beet fan but got for mom because you can use it for so many things. Can use it as a colouring but can also use it to add flavour to something like a soup or what not. Whatever you might put some beet.

Very very fine powder, so careful with the dust if you pour it out into another container as I did. Very vibrant color and tastes exactly like beets.

This beetroot powder is fresh and easy to use. I’ve been adding it to my smoothies, and it blends smoothly without a gritty texture. The flavor is earthy but not too strong, so it doesn’t overpower other ingredients. It’s a nice way to get extra nutrients in, and I’ve noticed a slight energy boost since using it regularly.

I have never been a fan of beets, but I come across recipes now and then that call for beetroot powder and frankly, there is no substitute. I bravely gave this a taste... and it tastes like beets lol. Bright, crazy beetroot red/purple/pink that will add vivid color to whatever you use it in - this is it's natural color.You get 1/2 pound of organic beetroot powder for $9.99 - considering how little you need of this fine powder at a time, I'd say it's a great deal. I still don't like beets, though lol.Highly recommended.

I love this beet root powder to add to my smoothies & even when I bake I’ll add to my loaves of bread that I make especially my carrot bread because it adds great taste & deeper color, great taste & quality overall!
