Quality!
This is a well made, beautiful truffle slicer. I originally ordered a different one and returned as it was not the quality advertised. I re-ordered this one and although it was more expensive, the quality is fantastic! You get what you pay for! I highly recommend spending the extra bucks to get a quality made item. It will last and you will be happier using it. Kudos to the Italians!

RAZOR sharp and super well made!!!
If you use Truffles all the time like I do or even rarely, this is simply a must have tool! Nothing shaves them like this slicer and it cuts your prep time in less than half.

Love it, used it at xmas when I ordered truffles. The adjustment for the blade is very easy. It sliced the truffles beautifully.
