Great for braids! As long as the hair is CLEAN with little product (oils, grease) in it, it doesn’t leave a white residue. It smells so good, leave a good shine, isn’t sticky and you can feel the oils/moisture in it.

This is a great braid gel but an awful edge control it didn't hold my edges at all so don't buy thinking that it's a 2 for 1 because it's definitely not!
