Not intended for advertised use
I am a professional groomer who uses this tool regularly for deshedding undercoat. This tool is not intended for dematting poodle hair! There are tools for that and this isn't it. This will hook into the hair and rip it out resulting in severe bruising. It does not break up mats, that isn't what it is designed for. Notice none of the videos show the tool doing what they say it does. Sellers seem fully aware of the false advertisement.
