Excellent product. I did a lot of research on the benefits of spermidine for cellular renewal, and this brand delivers a high-potency dose without unnecessary fillers. This is my 4th time ordering this exact brand. I feel more energy since starting it and my skin has never looked better. If you’re serious about your health stack, this is a must-have.

I bought this to try after trying a different brand (DW). This was way better. I'm only on my 2nd day and could feel it after taking the first tablet. I bought this to help clear up some brain inflammation I've been dealing with and boy is it helping. If you've dealt with that before and tried fasting and found it to help, well this felt like I was fasting at 2X speed with the amount of cellular cleanup going on. I also intermittent fast, so there's that. Best way I can describe it is if you've ever had a massage and your therapist found a knot and just held pressure on it until it released. It usually hurts in a good way, and then you get relief after it releases. Point is for me this is very potent. I don't suspect I will need a 2nd bottle, but I'm not opposed to it. Best I can tell at this point is that I will use it until I run out and see where I'm at. I suspect I won't need any, but I may buy 1 bottle a year for maintenance. I will update with any side effects or any negatives I find.

This is a great product by a fantastic and knowledgeable company. Bottle design is great, the tablet is small, formulation is thoughtful. I've done a LOT of research on spermidine and this company offers the best most potent option on the market AND the biggest bang for your buck. Would recommend!

With a supplement like this, it’s hard to tell if it is really working. The price is high, but I guess because it is so concentrated that would account for the price. I have noticed a little more energy and maybe a little more memory focus, but I use other supplements that support those functions also. I have only been using this for a little over a month and I believe this should be used for longer to see the benefits. The price is too high for me so I won’t be buying it again.

Still too early to know if this supplement is beneficial. I use to take Cat's Claw extract for telomere repair but have read a few online reports that Spermidine was better. I did experience headaches like a few others reported but they were light and after a few days no longer have them. Not sure what causes this; could be body's way of reacting to repairing itself. Even so, do seem to have more energy but it also be placebo effect. Time will tell. I'll give credit to Spermidine for now. lol :)

Biggest complaint is that the capsules are not coated - making them extremely difficult to swallow. They will stick to your tongue and even in your throat. Since I spent money on it, I kept trying to use them all but I finally gave up and had to throw away over 40 tablets.

Reasonably priced. Easy to swallow. Concentration and memory support are difficult to measure, but I think this product helps!

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! It is ineffective and after digging deeper it is down right dangerous with all the added ingredients. Shame on you Amazon!
