Best cost price for a watch

A little stunner
I love the traditional style of the Rolex Datejust but don't have (and wouldn't pay) the ridiculous money for such a thing. This Casio with it's fluted bezel and bracelet strap is close enough in appearance and at £30 is an absolute bargain. I bought the Silver and black version and it looks amazing. The photos on here don't do it justice. It has a very nice weight to it and the quality and finish is flawless. In reality the face is more of a dark grey with a metallic sheen than black and it looks all the better for it. I love it so much I will seriously consider buying another in one of the other colour combinations. The packaging is a typical Casio cardboard box so don't expect a presentation case but honestly I don't care and it is probably better for the environment anyway.Casio always deliver quality at whatever price point and seriously, you can buy 10 of these for the price of a basic service on a Rolex ... and nobody's going to mug you for it.

Watch aesthetic review
The watch is beautiful, but I do wish it was in a proper watch case instead of one made out of cardboard. Makes it look a bit cheap.

Good for casual use
I was able to adjust it very easily using a YouTube tutorial. However I had to buy small tools in order to adjust my strap. This watch is very good for casual use, going in school, office, etc. It’s a good quartz watch which keeps the time well. I bought it in black but it seems a bit grey.

Excellent Value and a comfortable fit, once adjusted
I get very attached to my watches and use them for many years, but recently my fifteen year old Pulsar died and so I found this as a replacement. After adjusting the strap I was delighted with the feel of the watch. It's not too heavy and sits really comfortably on my wrist. I had to scratch my head a bit about the strap adjustment, but soon realised the links can be popped out by removing a pin that can be encouraged to come out using a very small jewelers type screwdriver. I needed to removed three links to make it fit my wrist, which is 18cm (about 7"). The whole process took me about 10 minutes. The end result is a really comfortable fit. The watch was a fraction of the price of the Pulsar it replaced, but doesn't look or feel cheap at all. Also worth mentioning is that it has a crystal glass, so that should keep it looking clear and unscratched for many years, (I hope!)

Really pleased
Looks good and albeit only after a few days keeps excellent time. I eventually managed to remove two bracelet links with reference to YouTube. Much easier than I thought, but needed more force than I initially thought. Overall really pleased with it.

Unhappy with how it arrived - Damaged and open packaging and parcel!
The media could not be loaded. Generally a good watch with nice details with brushed and shiny finishes. But the parcel was open on one end and when I opened the parcel I was greeted with a mangled box and the watch falling out of it. It looks like the package has been bashed around all over the place and dropped multiple. I cant help to think that there has been damage on the inside of the watch. I wonder if it would be possible to get a refund or some type of compensation as I would have liked to have kept the watch and the box in good condition because I'm building a casio watch collection (I love their watches) But this is quite disappointing. Not sure if I will order from here again...
