Bought for my SCX-4500W printer, as advertised, installed it and was presented with a T1 incompatible error message. Unusable, sending back and claiming a refund. Not good.

Very pleased with this purchase. Works as advertised perfectly on my SCX 4500 printer. At this price I will never use a toner refill kit again !

Only 4 out of 5, as the first one sent simply didn't work. A very swift and positive response from the seller, a replacement despatched immediately and that one worked first time. +++ My Samsung printer ML-1630 detects if the right toner cartridge has been installed. This cartridge is not Original Equipment Manufacter (OEM) and it says so on the box. It's an after market product, and since samsung don't make these toner cartridges any more, it's my only choice. So I expected issues. Got the cartridge, popped it in, got a T1 error meaning it doesn't recognise the cartridge. The seller replied immediately, giving easy instructions, but it still got the T1 error. They immediately send we're sending out a replacement. I asked, and they sent a free reply label, so I can return the one that didn't work for me. +++ It's a lottery when you buy these replacement products. I knew that, and I am very pleased with the seller response. Better it worked first time, but still good.

The seller is probably amazing and the item packaging is exactly the same as the rest of those sellers selling this particular models toner. Unfortunately the first one didn't work on my Samsung ML-1630W printer. The code “T1” appeared with the toner cartridge symbol. Seller then dispatched a replacement that too didn’t work. I read somewhere that you probably need to go through a few but this is my fifth one and it just doesnt not work with my printer. Clearly, incompatibility issues are in question here.

Was not too sure about brand, even after having read reviews. I have not been disappointed at all. Working very well and will buy agaib.

New purchase, received Monday, so only used a couple of times, but the printer recognized it as an acceptable cartridge and prints worked fine. Obviously much cheaper than OEM, remains to be seen if lasts as long and prints as well long term but so far, so good.

Questo toner ha salvato il mio portafoglio, credevo che ormai la stampante fosse da sostituire, invece era il toner acquistato precedentemente ad essere difettoso, con questo nuovo ho risolto il problema, stampe nitide e chiare

Impresiones de buena calidad. Cuando hay colores de fondo hace impresiones muy oscuras, pero para textos va perfectamente. Ahorro considerable a la espera de ver cuántas impresiones dura.

J'avais des à priori envers les cartouches compatibles en lisant les différents avis des utilisateurs. Mais à 1/3 du prix de la cartouche d'origine on finit par se faire tenter. Alors moi j'ai eu la chance avec cette cartouche qui pour le moment ne fait aucun défaut: le noir de bon contraste, aucune irrégularité, la puce électronique bien reconnue par l'imprimante pour décompter les pages. Je suis à ma 250 page depuis l'achat, il est donc trop tôt pour dire si la promesse des 2000 pages sera tenue, mais de toute façon la cartouche de marque Samsung n'a tenu que 1500 pages elle aussi. Je recommande donc ce produit.
