Bought to use on my has bbq, it's a stone, it gets hot under the bbq and cooks a bangin pizza in around 8 mins or less that tastes beeter than normal oven.Cleaning is easy, just use water, few marks are left but this is normal.Turns your bbq (with lid!) Into a pizza oven so you can enjoy more types of food.If you like cooking outdoors and like pizza, go for it.Just remember not to drop it, use deterhents on it and let it cool down naturally else they can crack apparently.Oh, and dust it will semalina before placing your pizza on it for best non stick results and keep pizza ingredients off it so as to not stain it excessivly.Luv it!

15” Kamado Joe KJ-PS23 Pizza Stone
We wanted a Pizza Stone for the BBQ. Looked at Weber (£60) but decided on the 15” Kamado Joe KJ-PS23 Classic Pizza Stone at £30.We have now used this on both the BBQ and in the home oven. The results on both have been excellent and the Pizzas are so much better than before.To clean, we allow the stone to cool then remove any excess using a steel spatula. Wipe the stone with a damp cloth and then place in a warm oven (50⁰C) for a few minutes to dry.Very pleased, the Pizzas are excellent and we would recommend this product.

Works well but stains easily…
Arrived within 48 hours of order. Impressive packaging. Very impressive weight and perfect size for an oven shelf. I’d just began my pizza making exploration and so after a couple of “stick ons “ the stone quickly became very stained. This doesn’t alter its heat retaining properties and is just cosmetic but it would be good if I were able to clean it up a bit ! I put it in cold oven , heat to 250C and leave for an extra 15 mins ( so this is an hour and a quarter ). By then it is VERY hot. My initial “stick ons “ are now cured by making up the pizza on greaseproof , which then is easy to transfer to stone. I put semolina flour on greaseproof before loading pizza. The stone cooks the base enough within 5 minutes to let me pull the greaseproof away , leaving pizza on stone for roughly another 10 minutes : after which the result is better than most pizza joints can serve up. I use Caputo red label flour and Allinsons instant yeast. Leave dough for 48 / 72 hours in fridge… result is delicious. Recommend this pizza stone, just wish it didn’t look so awful after staining.

Had been keeping an eye out for a pizza stone for a while but the bad reviews on most of the affordable ones had completely stopped me from taking the plunge. I didn't want to pay for something that would smash into pieces on first use as most the others apparently do. However, I'd invited family over for a pizza sesh and had a panic the night before that all my dough making work would be in vain without a proper surface to cook them on, so I set about doing some more substantial searching for a stone, and fell across this one which I'd never seen before (probably because it's an add on product for a specific bbq instead of an oven which was what I was using it for!) What a discovery! It arrived the next morning (cheers, Prime, once again saving the day!) and I was shocked to see exactly how quality this stone is - its 3.5kg of pure stone - compared to 1.5kg for most others, and I ended up getting it for £24! Fits in my oven perfectly, and cooked the most amazing pizzas in 8 mins. Didn't clean up very well as it's very tarnished from molten cheese already, but I expect that's normal and to be expected, and won't affect its future use, it just doesn't look as pretty as from new! Just need to work on my pizza transferring skills now as getting the pizza onto the stone was a nightmare, but all to do with technique I guess!

Useful and easy to use.
This is ideal for placing herbs and spices and of course beer in the base. I’ve used it twice and it’s easy to clean and holds a whole chicken upright easily I think it adds flavor and moisture as advertised.

Preheated it cooks everything beautifully
It's lush!! Preheat it and use it for pastries or pizza or anything dry you want to reheat. Keeps pizza warm for about 30 minutes if you put the stone straight onto a mat on the table.

Absolutely the dog's danglies!
Love, love, love this rib rack - wow, the quality is phenomenal and it does the job so well!!! Held 5 racks of ribs for smoking on a classic (18") sized kamado easily. I used a rib extender when saucing and tacking as I feel the sauce would just run off in the rib rack. Would HIGHLY recommend! Amazing product! Also love that you can lift and move the racks around with ease to account for the hot zones.
