This SIM card worked perfectly. I followed the instructions and sent an email to the address provided to start the SIM card on the date I wanted. It's important to follow the instructions and put the SIM card into SIM tray 1 if you have a SIM tray for 2 Sims. Upon arrival into Vancouver, it worked from the moment I switched my phone on. Calls were clear and data speeds fast. For reference, my phone is an Honor Magic 4 Pro. This SIM was good value for money and signal quality was always good. Better than an esim, as this offers international calls as well as data. I would buy this again.

Uses the T Mobile network. I am visiting Florida and Georgia. The voice connection is very erratic. Data connection is abysmal and constantly loses connectivity. Very annoying and untrustworthy if using with Google maps or other navigation app. A better choice would be an AT&T sim.

Excellent as described and value for money. We use this for our sat nav on our iPhone and is excellent in the mini bus on the big screen connected to CarPlay to miss the tolls. We also used this to call the local sheriff due to noisy partying house next door !. Great to use on the T mobile network and have a secure link away from public unsecured networks.

Great sim, I had a question and the seller emailed me back very quickly. I was worried that the sim wouldn’t work but all went very smoothly. I never had any problems and also used it as a hotspot. I would definitely recommend and will be buying one for my next trip. Thank you.

Worked on 1st day no problem . Had enough data speed for my needs and allowed voice call to 2nd sim we brought. Would of been 5 star but did not allow international calls

This card did not work in my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. It connected to the US network but I got notifications saying I had no credit for the 5G. I tried to make a call and was diverted to US T-Mobile support who said the SIM card was not registered to an account and would not work. TSIM support told me this didn't matter. However, after 2 days of trying various things which didn't resolve the issue I ended up buying a data pack for the US through my normal UK mobile company. It's frustrating to end up wasting time on holiday trying to fix something that should have just worked.

The cost of using our uk EE phones in USA was prohibitive so I bought this 30 day sim with its unlimited phone calls data and txts. We would be in the USA for 3 weeks so the 30 day usage was fine. I set the activation date as the day before arrival by ship to New York. I put the sim in my iPhone 11 and It activated as we docked and worked immediately with a good phone and data signal. It was very useful to have a local (USA) number for local calls and texts and data. One minor issue is that the phone numbers are reallocated and I kept receiving txts and calls for someone called Monica. I explained that the number was now mine and the callers seemed happy. WiFi is freely available in hotels, parks shops etc but this was so useful when walking and driving as we could tether our iPhones and iPads to it and use Google maps for navigating. Would buy again.

The sim worked in Canada fine. However, my main issue with this sim is that you could not specify when to activate the sim as in a 'time' on a particular day. Having used sims for the US before this has always been possible so you can activate just before your flight is due to land and the 7 days start on that day and time. With this sim you could only specify a 'date' to activate and then it was unclear from the listing when it would activate on that date (I believe the blurb said it would activate before the end of the day on the date requested) which is of no help if you arrive in the country during the day and have no working sim for the rest of it. If you select the day before travel to activate (ensuring you will have a working sim when you arrive) then you effectively 'lose' a day of the sim. If you are staying for 7 days it means you run out a day early. I messaged with the Support team about this and they confirmed you cannot activate a specific time on a specific day. They advised me to activate on the day of travel and they would activate asap the following day. This was not ideal at all. For this reason I would not use again but buy a sim on arrival in Canada.

No sirve con la mayoría de los teléfonos, cosa que no advierten en la publicidad. Luego queda bloqueada y no te responden cuando intentas activarla con otro móvil. Un auténtico timo. Al no percatarnos hasta intentar activarlo, me he quedado sin teléfono para las vacaciones.
