I have two 6 volt camping lamps that use old school flashlight bulbs. I was able to remove the factory adaptor and insert these bulbs doubling the light output and tripling the battery life!

The lights are bright and function perfectly fine in my 1953 Oldsmobile.

I explictly ordered 6V bulbs but will not light up from 6V - using a bench supply, these bulbs are clearly 12V. Light up just fine w 12 volts, but unfortunately, the old car is a 6V electrical system.

The exact size fits. Working fine. Very bright with great energy efficiency. However need to wait for a very long time to be shipped from China.

Leds work

Used these for front turn signal assembly and they function just like any OEM bulb. With 1156 base, these are direct plug-and-play, so installation is simple. These LEDs light up more than the OEM incandescent bulbs, making them more useful. I recommend these LEDs for the application mention herein. Note: For turn signal application, LEDs require a flasher relay unit which is compatible, otherwise the lighting may not work correctly.

Doesn’t go into socket bulb is a little off so not usable

What a bright idea making the dimensions of this light bulb so similar to the old style it's going to replace that it actually fits. Nice work

Perfect replacement for a standard BA15s bulb, not too bulky like a lot of LED replacements, but still very bright. Fits perfectly inside the clock of my 54 Chevy

Only needed one for a ‘70 Barracuda license plate light. Size matched the old original, fit perfectly in the socket and housing. Considering more for the car’s backup lights.
