This is my first proper microphone so I don't have a reference point to compare this with, but it's better than headphones or a webcam microphone.Out of the box, it's an upgrade to any other microphone solution you have and gets the job done. My friends found my audio great in our in-game voice chat and that's pretty much what I'll use it for so it's good. Getting an external microphone and just decent wired headphones like IEMs are a better combination for gaming in comparison to "gaming headphones" in my humble opinion.If you're a content creator I don't think this is the ideal solution. The ANC feature is gimmicky, the mic was picking up background fan noise and my keyboard clicks even with ANC on. If you're going to be making YouTube videos or streaming you will need to do a lot of tweaking and even soundproofing your place to get the best out of this mic or any mic to some extent.With just a little effort by using Voicemeter on PC, I was able to improve the mic quality. I used Audio Gate to eliminate keyboard and fan noise and it's a way better way to deal with background noise than the in-built ANC. I'll recommend this for casual use and gaming and if you're fine with researching and putting some effort into getting the most out of this mic this might work even for beginner content creators.

After comparing all the options available in the online and offline market, I found this Kreo Rec Condenser Microphone with Boom Arm value for money. After receiving it, when I unboxed it looks premium, especially the Mic. The packaging was sturdy and manual was easy to understand.When I started testing it with my devices, it worked smooth with the laptop but it was not responding with my phone and tablet. I quickly contacted the Kreo support and the team was helpful and guided me very well. Actually the converter was not set properly so once I figured out this with the help of the team it worked like a charm.If you are planning to start your journey with content creation or for office use you can consider this without a doubt :)Kudos to the team Kreo!!

If you already own headphones with a decent-quality microphone, buying this mic may not add much value. In my case, I had headphones with a mic, but I wanted to enhance my sound quality for meetings. After testing for 2-3 days, I noticed no improvement but it decreased my volume they had a hard time hearing me and wished to return them. However, they only offer a replacement facility. Do not approve this product waste of money

The build quality is good, but Anc feature does not work

Honestly , quality starts reflecting from pakcaging itself though. Loved the product as i opened the box. However, I had a query regarding installation , and it was easy to reach out to Team Kreo , the person addressed to my query , even connected on video call to resolve my issue via Live demonstration. In today's time when people aim to sell to massess thought market place and social media ads without concerned about quality and service , Team Kreo did amazing to my belief and i hope more brands d cus on customer experience. I am surely going to buy other products from kreo as i move forward in my journey and highly recommend to buy their products. Oh yes , I checked the mic , it's so easy to connect to phone or Laptop and sounds really good.

It is ideal with computers because when I attached with a phone the voice output is quite low on gmeet, tried on multiple phones with same result, however, voice is boosted with PC, the sound is clear too.The wire is fragile, especially at the joints, you have to be extra careful.Carry case is decent.Clip is very hard while opening the jaw and feels like it will break if you apply much pressure.
