While pulling my child in a trailer, the rear wheel struck an object and the thru axle sheered right off, causing the cart to disconnect from the bike. Luckily we weren’t going too fast but it could have been way worse. The thru axle is hollow including the bolt that connects it into the axle, which was the weak point in my case. I’d buy another option, which is what I’m doing.

I have a thru axle and needed this adapter for my Burley trailer. I took the risk even though there weren’t a ton of reviews and am glad I did. This works great for a much cheaper price!

For the price, this fit perfectly and includes all the spacers needed to work with my e-bike -- no issues

Used the axle about 5 or 6 times to pull a little trailer. I took my rear wheel off to check brakes and the axle sheered when reinstalling. Would not recommend.
