Foam roller is great, good size and hold weight well! Would have been 5 stars but the resistance bands are so flimsy and horrible material that they are unlikely to be used.

I got this foam roller as it was suggested to me that this is not only good for pre & after workouts, but also good in general for body posture & self massage. Stretching alone is not always enough to release muscles tightness, whereas using this foam roller can assist in breaking up muscle knots. I get alot in my shoulders from being tense & sitting at a desk all day at work. Using this foam roller is a bit like getting a massage. I use alot in my spine which I've found is an excellent way to straighten-out my rounded and tight shoulders. It has helped to improve my posture sitting at my desk all day at work. It is also fantastic way to help warm up muscles before a workout & also help reduce muscle soreness & pain the following days after. Just make sure to drink plenty of water when using as you'll notice you need the toilet alot as it helps to flush out the toxins. This also helps me to relax & unwind sometimes after a stressful day, like a self massage. Delivery is super quick & you are emailed an e-booklet on instructions on how best to use it. It's so light which makes it easily portable. It's sturdy to take pressure & your weight. Added bonus is the 3 strength resistance bands, which I've used for home workouts. Absolute bargain & value for money! Wish I got one sooner!

I ordered this as a present. It looks great and came the next day. My daughter uses a roller after skating and thinks they are very helpful. This one looks good and has resistance bands with it. A good present.

Suprised me but it does work for stretches etc

The roller is fine but missing the 3 resistance bands I would like them sent but it is saying send it all back ? does not make sense

Less than a year old and the plastic roller cracked in half. I've got a beer gut but I'm not that bloody fat!

Bought for my daughters gymnastics, but doesn’t much use it.It’s okay really. Not much else to say.
