The bag seems like it would be nice. Thick and durable material, plenty of Space for storing things but the plastic piece to tighten the strap is broken. Going to try to return itUPDATE*** seller reached out, was polite and gave me options to best fit my needs. Quickly resolved the problem. Great customer service

Love the bag its perfect for my daughter but there was a broken piece on the bag where it clips in the front around you're waist other then that it is perfect.UPDATE... I received a new bag because of the clip being broken and it's in perfect condition thank you guys so much my daughter loves the bag
