This ashwaganda KSM-66, is supposed to be very potent. A serving size is 2 capsules. The product maker states not to have any caffeine products while taking, so just a warning if you have your morning coffee and try to take this product later in the day, you might have some issues, just letting ya know. The capsule ingredients are pretty wild looking, it has these little red flakes inside. I open one up for you and posted some pictures and a video to illustrate this. I don't know why the product has RED # 3, in it as this is not good for you. I felt ok taking with no adverse side effects or stomach issues. My sleep habits stayed same no better no worse. As far as price good be a little better at $29.99, I believe a good price pointvwould be $24.99 to $26.99 and would be a good deal. I would like to give 3.5 stars but it is not a choice, so I will give it 4 stars, but It is a 3.5 star prouduct.

I wanted to try this supplement because of the claims it made about stress relief and sleep quality. After about ten days I decided to stop. The supplement seemed to give me stress instead. It might be related to the claim of giving you energy and I misinterpreted that feeling but it really seemed like stress. I assume it might affect people differently. I might not be the person this if for. I wanted it to work. I want the benefits it claims but this product apparently is not for me. Three stars should mean average which is want I would rate this product because I cannot speak to the effectiveness without taking it for a longer period. How can you argue with a clinical study. Sometimes 'one size does not fit all' so to say.
