GSP Driving Test Premium 2017/2018 Edition

Firstly, I was delighted with Amazons service re my order for this package!Secondly, re the product. I bought the 2007 Edition over ten years ago for curiosity rather than necessity (I was already an experienced motorist). Some ten years later, I have just revisited this scenario again by buying the latest version.I highly recommend the software for beginners/learners in particular …. and also for others who continue to be interested in their driving knowledge and skills.The Premium version of the software is now presented on FIVE discs rather than just the one as in 2007! The latter, despite its vintage and several significant computer hardware and OS upgrades, still happily works as originally designed but the theory content is a little out of date in places!If you opt for a limited version of the latest software package, then do make sure that it includes the Theory Test Complete (which includes some Hazard Perception tests). The Hazard Perception Disc and Practical Driving Disc should also be very useful to those needing to pass a driving test. The Driving Lesson Disc and Car Maintenance Disc were of modest use to us, and we found were best used on a DVD player/TV rather than PC. The cost of the software is minimal in relation to its extensive content and the varied ways to engage with it, it offers superb value.As noted by some reviewers, some of the individual hazard perception clips are of modest visual quality BUT the principles are not compromised, the hazard scenarios are mostly very plausible, and we often drive in less than ideal weather and lighting conditions. As noted by others, if you can pass on these clips then the CGI quality now used in the real test should be a bonus in helping you to PASS ….. but offer less excuses if you don’t!The opportunity to review your performance on the mock Hazard Perception Tests is very useful in understanding and learning HOW to pass the test. A detailed examination of poor scores is very helpful to learning how to improve your scores; you may also find the odd clip where you disagree re the hazard and scoring applied, and perhaps the driving of the test car filming the video! However, with a pass mark set at 44 out of 75 (for new car drivers) then the test (these mock tests and the real tests) does not demand perfection of its users in order to gain a PASS!

For the money I was very happy. Bought for my daughter to practice for her theory test mainly and she came on leaps and bounds. The hazard perception test takes a little getting used to because you can see various potential hazards, but have to pick out the specific ones they have chosen. So you might not get a very good result to start with. But stick with it, you can examine your results and see where you went wrong and where you can improve and get used to clicking for the right sort of potential hazard and improve your response time to the hazard for the actual test. My daughters results improved greatly through practice and passed her theory first time. She did read other material but this was an excellent additional study aide and I would happily spend the money again if needed!

Waited to write the review after taking my Motorcycle theory test.Practice questions and format is what to be expected on the test and pretty much reading Highway code and completing all practice tests on the DVD pretty much guaranties to pass the theory multiple choice questions on the test.The hazard perception is the main weakness of the pack, they will prepare you pretty well, but quality of most of examples is very pore, but if you can score on the practice examples you should be ready for the real test as the real test picture quality is very good.Only used two discs in the pack Theory and Hazard perception as rest of them weren't relevant to me.Overall highly recommend the product.

Great driving test complete. That helped me not only to pass my theory test, but also help me with my practical test as well. That was the best product ever. I started from learning the theory, later on I had practical tests as well. They have original DVLA tests, which helped me a lot as well. I was getting more and more experienced with this driving test premium edition. Later o I started to take some driving lessons with my driving instructor. He was amazed how well I know the rules and put them into practice. This edition also had a hazard perception CD, which was the perfect for my hazard perception test as a part of the theory test. I also had show me tell me questions, which are professionally explained on this CD. Practical test had numerous real life videos and situations that enabled me to become a really professional driver. I mastered my skills day by day for a few months. I was fully competent when I went for my driving test and guess what I passed it from the first attempt! So I highly recommend this product for anyone who is taking a driving test. This is the best product to buy for the passing the driving test from the 1st attempt! The best one available in the UK! Just go for it!

It's decent but I wouldn't recommend buying it, the reason being it doesn't actually teach you anything, your just reading through the Highway Code which you can read on the GOV.uk website for free, then they expect you to do tests. Another thing is the hazard perception, since the new update with cgi clips it would be best to have that so we can practise what'll come on the test, but instead there's 42 tests with 14 clips which are made by LDC themselves and a lot of them are used again multiple times in different tests. Is doesn't teach you anything about hazard perception just a short clip which has nothing to do with it, and the score window system is just complete BS. It did help but let's see if it made the difference tomorrow when I have my test!
