Conversation with customer care

Very bad sandals. I got an issue with stickers on sandals on 15th day after purchase and contacted customer care. very bad response from them and they are saying that no service will be provided and they are not responsible after 10 days of purchase. If it is not written on the product level regarding warranty it's not their responsibility itseems and it's customers fault to buy after seeing review. Very rude manner response from customer care.i recommend not to buy this product.

Tough yet comfortable!

These sandals look good. The colour is good. They are strong, rugged yet light & comfortable. I used them for a very long & tough trek in Bali and they did not disappoint me. The only part uncomfortable was that they will take too long to dry, whenever wet, but that is ok.
