would likely have given 5 star for this cooling "blanket" BUT the twin size is WAY too short for a regular twin bed (twin bed dimensions are 38"x75"). if you pull it up to cover up to shoulders, your feet will be hanging out the bottom. ANNOYING! the proposition of this being a twin sized is very misleading. although they do accurately describe dimensions of this blanket as 50"x60", DISREGARD it being twinsized!!their description of being a small throw is more appropriate, but still not bed worthy. there is negative overhang which is needed for a comfortable sleep without futzing and adjusting all night long. you might be somewhat cooler but the aforementioned will keep you up all night long. Even if you decided to lay on top of it instead of covering up, its still too short. I love my "big one oversized plush throw" (60"x72") from kohls, which is the perfect size blanket for twin bed, but it's not a cooling blanket and why i ordered this one.Product description says, "Our soft blanket is a perfect-sized cooling weighted blanket for adults or kids" ... mayyyybe for kids but definitely not for adult over five feet tall. it also looks WONKY on a twin bed not being nearly long enough even for just appearances. all the reviews were for a "queen" (which would be way too big for a twin bed) maybe this will help inform those who are thinking of getting a "twin" sized

I must say this blanket really saved our Sanity. My toddler son never sleeps under the blanket because he overheats and we are constantly waking up trying to cover him up because he might catch a cold (this is during California winter season). We have tried other cooling blankets, but they are so light and scratch/ itchy on the skin and he hates them. This blanket is cooling, but is weighted. This combo really helps him to relax and sleep through the night and for some reason he is okay with it. The material is also very soft and doesn't feel scratchy/ itchy (label says made in Korea).

I am not a fan of cold air from AC and have been looking for an alternative way for cooling. I recently learned about cooling blankets and purchased a bamboo blanket, but I was not satisfied with the product and returned it.I am pretty please with his product. This blanket has little bit of weight. As soon as I unwrapped the plastic packaging, I can feel the cool temperature of the blanket. I washed this blanket in Washing Machine and Dryer and it seems everything is fine.I think this is good product.

Omg…I wish I would have returned this blanket. I bought it because they made it look like a great deal with the coupon. Looking at it now…the regular price is now way below what I bought it for! I’m still kicking myself..what was I thinking?! It looks fun..but doesn’t do anything special..it needs a cord to plug into the wall for cooling to make it work the money!

I’ve been looking for a quality cooling blanket and this definitely does the job. My wife likes to keep the room warm so it gets too hot for me when we sleep. The blanket is cool to the touch and stays cool long enough for me to fall asleep. I’ve washed it a couple times so far and it’s held up like new. It’s also a bit heavier than I expected which I’ve gotten to like.Would highly recommend if you want a blanket to keep you cool.

There are definitely things to love about this blanket, as well as a few things that I'm not so crazy about. On the plus side and most importantly, it has been keeping me cooler at night. I've had severe night sweats for years, and frequently have to get out of bed during the night to change out of my soaked pajamas. I sweat at night regardless of season, room temperature, or type of bedding, and was skeptical that this would have much effect, but have experienced significantly less sweating when I use this blanket. This results in better sleep - I've even slept through the night on several occasions which is new for me. The material is both thin and somewhat heavy and despite the slippery feel of the fabric, it stays in place during the night without sliding off the bed.Because this Trrig Ground blanket is the size of a large throw and really only big enough for one person, I've been sleeping on top of our bedding under this blanket while my husband still sleeps under the regular covers. This is both a pro and a con. My husband doesn't really need or want to sleep under a cooling blanket, so the size allows us to still sleep in the same bed under our respective covers. The one person on top, one person under is a bit of an awkward set up if you are used to physically touching your bedmate, but probably contributes to the cooling effect by reducing heat sharing between bodies. The currently listed price makes this an expensive purchase for a single sized piece.It's unfortunate that many cooling blankets - this one included - are just so...unattractive. I can't really see this black and white checkerboard motif coordinating well with a lot of adult bedroom decor styles. But having searched Amazon for other cooling blankets many of them seem to have somewhat juvenile prints and a similar shiny synthetic appearance (I know this is probably due to the nature of the special cooling fabric). Finally, you will need to be careful with pets walking on this blanket, as the weave snags easily on animal nails.This blanket has definitely improved my sleep and reduced my night sweats, and I'd love to give it an enthusiastic five stars for that alone, but I'm deducting 1/2 star for price and another 1/2 for appearance, so four out of five for this effective cooling throw.
