Does this go on before or after foundation which gives the best glow

To strobe with I put it on top of the foundations just in places I want highlighted, like the middle of my nose and my cheek bones. But for a flawless dewy look I often mix it with my foundation, I put this and my foundation in a blob on my hand and mix it and it really does make your skin look amazing!!!! You can get the same effect by putting it on before foundation but I feel like it looks better when I mix it.

Is it better to use this under foundation,over it or mixed with foundation??

Hello, to be honest I'm not a fan I've used it twice and I used it over my foundation.. Not mixed it, has a shimmer, you don't want it to look glittery everywhere.. Nice for the cheeks and nose. But use it over foundation and then can pat it out if that makes sense lol x hope this helps
