I can’t say I noticed a quick boost in energy, but it certainly kept me from feeling sleepy and sluggish. The taste is absolutely fine and I mix it with orange squash.

They're ok.; taste like old energy drinks. If you put them in a sealed bottle, they make a bit of fizz. They can add a bit of a boost to a squash. I like them, but not as much as I thought I would.

Energy one I'm not sure about, but the lime mint hydration tasted absolutely vile to me

Fast working i work as a chef and need a boost now and then in my opinion the do help and the flavour is actually really nice bit like a engery drink taste

Ordered these, sadly another company that does not care about the health of their customers. Still using aspartame in them so threw them in the bin.
