How do you seal the little hole after taking the air out mine keeps filling back up with air?

Never had this problem unless I reused bags. about the third use I experienced leaking. My solution was to use a new bag.

What source can i find more reusable vacuum food storage bags?

I have not found any reusable ones, unless you wash the bag you used, and reseal it after it's dried.

Do you have to have a vacuum sealer for this to work on the mason jars?

The vacuum sealer comes with it. You just charge it and use it. I grind a big pile of coffee. Put it in 10 different jars. Put the lids on-no ring. Then put the vacuum lid on and the little pump. 30 seconds later its sealed and you do the next one.

Chargingi can't get it to charge. Any ideas?

I don’t understand why yours is not working. I plug it in for 30 minutes and it’s good to go. Seems to work a long time on one charge.
