The ULANZI MT-44 tripod is extremely versatile, serving as both a tripod and a selfie stick, offering multifunctional utility for solo content creators like myself. Its built-in tripod base provides good stability, especially at lower extensions, while its extendable design, reaching up to 59", offers flexibility in capturing the perfect shot from various angles. It’s great pairing it with the DJI OSMO Pocket line. Both are small and easy to carry. While the OSMO Pocket can act like a stationary camera-man with its tracking, it’s the ULANZI MT-44 that gives it the lift it needs to reach eye height. Also, it’s really easy to walk and vlog with the OSMO Pocket using the MT-44 as a selfie stick.For smartphones, its built-in smartphone mount includes a cold shoe for additional accessories. I’ve found it great for blogging, capturing B-roll, or sitting by the beach filming a sunset. The beach experience did reveal a caveat about the unit that should be fairly obvious, which is the more the tripod is extended, the more unstable it becomes. However, I was walking around town all day and didn’t want to lug a larger more stable tripod, so I kept the ULANZI MT-44 at a lower extension and turned on Action Mode on my iPhone to capture well stabilized footage of the sunset.

Yea, it's so close to 5-star it feels funny not giving it the full five.... But my clip broke. I hate that. You know those chintzy cheap garbage selfie-sticks with phone clips that break after you used it only a half-dozen times or so ...??This product itself is well designed and it doesn't tip over easy etc.... But it also isn't a flimsy forgettable generic for twelve bucks. So you would expect it would come with a stronger clip, you know that actual thing that clamps over ur device ? I'm not an abusive or careless person, but I am a human being, and nobody's perfect, and a product should be able to tolerate a little variance in how delicately it is handled from one person to a different person. This product is not very forgiving that way. You must be very gentle with it, and open & close the clip "just-so" very VERY slowwwwwly, or it will CRACK on you....or just SNAP IN TWO altogether....Again, repeating, it's hard to criticize or speak negatively about this product since, other than the clip issue, it really holds its end of the deal (if you know what I mean)... It's a handsome device, sturdy, without weighing a ton.Just be careful with that clip !!!!!!!!!

This has probably been one of the most useful tripods that I have ever owned. I have owned quite a few other ones, the big bulky 3 stand kind that take up a lot of space. I started recording some gym content with my small mirrorless camera, the Sony ZV E10. And this tripod has been amazing. It's easy to fold the tripod down and stuff it in my bag and then when I'm at the gym, take it out and quickly. While I don't use the phone mount, I also find it pretty convenient that if I were to forget my camera, or if I just wanted to get a quick picture that I would be able to and I have messed around with it and it's pretty convenient, I mainly use the tripod mount and it has a screw on tripod mount which makes it easy to screw the ZVE 10 to it. As sometimes you can't twist it on. Overall, this is a great versatile tripod. And I'd honestly recommend it to anyone.

After looking up reviews for the best phone tripod, this 3-in-1 came on top of many review charts. After watching YouTube videos as well, I decided to bite the bullet and get this. Needless to say I was not disappointed. Great build quality and very sturdy. I will be buying this again as gifts.

Bought a total of 3 of these. I had purchased one and I thought they were very sleek and portable. Unfortunatel,y the main pivot parts are plastic and as all other plastics, it broke. I would have rather paid more for a more solid material, otherwise, the functionality and convenience of the mechanism of this tripod is great.
