Small but strong
Lovely spice mix, though it is very heavy on the aniseed. Smells lovely. Not a huge bag for the price, definitely worth making your own if you’re using large quantities, but if you’re only making a small batch of cookies or something similar this could be a great way of doing it.

Arrived very promptly, the recipe card looked much as expected, based on all my previous biscuit baking, but haven’t actually tried it. Very very small amount of spice for the price xx

Great mix of spices
Loved this speculaas spice, I fell in love with these biscuits a few years ago but was nervous about baking my own until I found this ready blended spice. We enjoyed homemade speculaas biscuits this year and they were delicious.
