Went through first bottle of this stuff. I bought it because the ingredients were recommended for people having pains in their joints. I do work out a lot, maybe 4-5x a day, all muscle groups and I am in my mid 30s. I was having pain in my elbows and knees before taking this, which have started to go away. The pain wasn't ever unbearable, but it was there and did impact my workouts since I didn't want to injure myself. After around 2 weeks, the pain started to go away. Sometimes when I workout hard, I can still feel it, but I believe these pills allow me to push myself a bit harder now without the pains. The smell/taste isn't great but it's subtle.. You need to take 3 of these pills per day and they aren't exactly small. The benefits do seem to outweigh these drawbacks though, you can take a few seconds out of your day if your joint pains are affecting you. I will be buying more!

Had really bad elbow joint pain. Started take this product and after about a week, my aches started going away. Definitely recommend.

This is a great product (I've used it for about a year).
