Hi. This doll weighs around 2.6lb. A little heavier than a normal baby doll. Perfect for children. But if you want something that feels like the weight of a real baby, this one doesn't. You can buy weighted beads to attach to them though.

Yes it is very realistic. I bought white baby doll for my granddaughter for Christmas, it is really lovely.

What does the doll come with?

The doll comes with the babygro (ours had a hole in it when it came) and the headband as pictured, a magnetic dummy and a plastic baby bottle which looks similar to a real one but the test keeps falling out of the screw cap. No box or nice packaging, just in a plastic bag.
