Okay.
The product does it's job well. But the style is wierd. We can't hold the base box propely to open the lid. Grip doens't come and it's slippery shape also oval. When we pack hot things the lid tends to be sucked inward so opening is tough. Otherwise doing job well. Reduced one star for this issue

The casserole is just fine. It's got a design flaw that doesn't allow you to grip it while opening. It gets closed so tight that you need to pry it open with a butter knife.
