I got this for my daughter for her apartment. Her and her roommate are trying to save money by keeping the temperature lower this winter. Luckily, it hasn't gotten that cold, but it's starting to now. This heater is perfect for their 400 square foot living room and for her smaller bedroom. When it arrived, I was leery that it wouldn't be powerful enough to heat up their entire living room, but this baby brings the heat. Don't let its compact size fool you. When I was researching, the 2 features that were a must were the overheat and tip over protection. The last thing I want to happen is for it to accidentally tip over or overheat and start a fire. It also has plenty of other features to offer. There's a handle for easy portability and the body of the unit stays cool, even after hours of usage. It swivels 70 degrees to evenly distribute the heat. The temperature is adjustable and it heats up very quickly. The heat can also be turned off, so it can be used as a fan, which will be nice come summer. This is a very good quality heater and fan that work wonderfully to help reduce heating and cooling costs.

Very nice little heater. Heats up my small living room really well. Thermostat seems to work well too - keeps the room at the temperature I want. It does make a little bit of a knocking noise as it rotates but it's such a good little machine that I don't mind.

This is similar to the heater I had before. I like the safety feature of the heater stopping when moved.The output is sufficient. One problem I am having, however, is that the oscillating feature is “freezing” up. It oscillates for a while, but then will only go a quarter of a turn. I just threw out the box a couple of days ago, or I would return it.

Honestly puts out A LOT more heat than you’d think!We had a full-size, expensive space heater before this, (which honestly SUCKED compared to this one) but I was hesitant to buy this because it is so small. But it’s better than our big one was. It has a safety feature on the bottom so that if it tilts at all, it automatically shuts off. I love that. But even more, we left for 2 hours & I left it on in the kitchen on accident (just to dry my crafts) and when we got home the house entire house was super hot. Up about 20 degrees in 2 hours, so I learned it’s a lot stronger than I thought.

With C19, my husband and I have both been working from home but only have one office and both have lots of calls so he has graciously been working from our dining room, which has a nice draft now that winter is here. This space heater has done the trick for keeping him comfortable while not increasing our overall heating bill in any significant way. We also like that it has a no heat, fan setting so it can be used later, when the weather starts to warm up.

We have a problem with our house heater where its cold downstairs but boiling upstairs. For this reason we have not enjoyed using our heating system that much. At the same time I like to be comfortable downstairs when watching tv and I am ALWAYS COLD. I am the only woman in the house with 3 boys who run very hot so always finding ways to keep warm with heating pads etc. this is much easier for me to carry around and I am super pleased with the warmth settings and that it’s small but packs a lot of punch- I have even taken it outside on the porch when we sit around the fire and it enables me to keep my feet or backside warm.The heater itself has a warmth setting, a fan, two warmth speeds and also can move turning side to side. Perfect for my needs. Now my husband has started to use it while he sleeps aimed at his face- i will probably have to get one for him so he stops stealing my buddy!

Just an initial impression after one day of use... the heater is powerful and heated up a small room (about 10' x 10') nicely. The fan was relatively quiet and the noise would not be a problem in a quiet office environment. The fan oscillates in a very wide arc (the box indicates it is a 70 degree swing). I did not make use of the thermostat on the fan (which supposedly shuts it on and off to maintain a certain temperature). I was concerned that when I received the fan there was a small plastic piece rattling around the interior of the fan (see photo .. the red arrow is pointing to the piece resting in the interior of the unit). I could not get the grill of the fan off to remove the piece, and it did not seem to affect the operation of the fan. Still I wonder where the piece originated. Several of the comments indicated a problem with the longevity of the unit. I will add a note if I have any problem in the future as the unit will be in daily use for this winter.NOTE ADDED DECEMBER 3, 2019: Just after two months, the oscillating feature of this fan stopped working. The fan and heat still operate, but the fan no longer oscillates. The oscillation feature was useful, and while the fan is OK without the oscillation, I will be getting a different small fan that does oscillate.

This little heater definitely puts out the heat while not being noisy!Don’t be deceived by the size of it either.This warms up a fairly good sized room quickly so,the heat output is great!We like the fact of the safety feature preventing overheating.

It's a great little fan UNTIL IT ISN'T. After about 2 months, the fan stopped oscillating. The supplier said they weren't responsible after 30 days and wouldn't help me. Luckily I had purchased a warranty... well maybe not so lucky. The SMART GUARD WARRANTY people said I had to go back to the manufacturer... granted they sent me the 1-800 number but that was a waste of $15 because they don't warranty anything... except that you'll have to fix it yourself. So the fan wasn't worth it and the warranty didn't guarantee replacement once the fan broke. Can I recommend this to anyone... NO!p.s. Even if the Smart Guard warranty was honored it would only refund the actual cost of the fan... no taxes paid or shipping. This fan should have lasted longer so I can't recommend it as a purchase
