GLENCAIRN Whiskey Water Jug in Gift Carton

This was a beautiful water jug that I purchased from Glencairn they did a really awesome job designing it it’s really not that big and it’ll hold some really fine spring water that you can dab into your whiskey as you’re sipping on it so my hats off to the makers of this product job well done.👊👊👊

Works well and adds nicely to the different demands of my friends when we are sampling flights of scotches. The size does not overwhelm the other glassware and works well with a dropper too if you have one.

We sent this lovely glass jug as a present to someone who appreciates good whiskey and has an excellent collection. He responded with a lot of thanks and appreciation. I had read about the Crate and Barrel version, which several people had gotten, and I think there was some unhappiness that it is not as beautiful as this one. So I chose to send this, and clearly, he was delighted with it.

great idea

Glencairn glasses are a must for any bourbon/scotch drinker, and this jug fantastically pulls a table together. It beautifully matches the glasses, and when paired with Angel's Share dropper makes an amazing drinking experience. Not necessary, but a treat for those who enjoy a dash of water and want their experience to be a bit "extra".

The jug is very stylish with amazing clarity. Sits nicely with the snifters when you have a number of them out for friends and is impressive. Mine did not have the Glencairn logo on the bottom like the snifters do though so that caused me to wonder if it is legit. I haven't taken the time to contact them to find out as it isn't a deal-breaker but it would be nice to know why it didn't have it. That was the only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars.

Received as promised

The best feature of this little water jug is the spout. It is designed so that the water drops from its lip - making it easy to pour exactly the amount of water preferred; over-pouring is essentially eliminated. Form and function are exceptional.

Lovely little whisky water jug that I bought for my partner, who was really pleased with it. It's just the right size, has a nice, stylish design and is of a very high quality, particularly given the excellent price. It's got a nicely weighty feel to it and is much more pleasing to look at than most whisky jugs, which are often ugly ceramic affairs given away with particular whisky brands.

Elegant and stylish it is the perfect partner to a tumbler of whisky.
