High quality, heavy duty (for a 225 lb person), incredibly sturdy (doesn't rock or move at all!) and was easy to put together and put in place - you don't have to drill it into the floor - if you're on the fence, get this - the relief and stability it gives is priceless

This thing is engineered like a tank (yes, I'm an engineer). Really heavy duty construction and very clever design. It comes with expansion bolts to attach it to the floor, but save those for another use...this thing will NOT move if installed properly. The instructions are poorly translated garbage, but there are minimal (and obvious) steps to putting it together. One warning though...be sure to double check the three bolts that attach each armrest to the frame. They are on the underside of the armrests, and the back one can be really hard to tighten after the thing is in place. My only complaint is that the thing (the legs and armrests) stick out quite a ways from the front of the toilet, making it awkward to get my wheelchair into the "little room" where my toilet is (and where all toilets belong!). This probably could not be altered, however, without completely redesigning the whole thing. Since the armrests fold up and out of the way, this little bit of inconvenience can be lived with. Overall, this thing is terrific compared to my old, shaky aluminum handrails.

This is exactly what we were looking for. A stable piece to put around toilet that didn’t have a commode seat attached. The directions were of minimal help but it’s pretty easy to figure out assembly. You have to tighten the knobs really well to keep it from twisting but just check it and tighten by hand every so often. Really like that the arm can flip up as it held the aid reach around the rear to help the person with hygiene. Good product!

This toilet frame is a godsend. The one I purchased at a local pharmacy for $70 is just flimsy junk in comparison, and it was harder to assemble. For $10 more, this does a better and SAFER job. It cinches against the bottom of the toilet bowel so there is absolutely no wobble. It does not block the toilet lid from fully opening. It's armrests swing up for access, but are far enough forward to actually be useful for a limited mobility person to use to stand up. Wish I had purchased this one first.

PROS: - It is heavy, and sturdy. - It is not difficult to assemble. - Good design. - Safety and stability. CONS:I - The instruction manual leaves a lot to be desired. - The instructions - to the extent that they can be understood - give guidance on fastening this item to the floor with a drill and two special screws which are provided. But the detailed information on this item’s Amazon web page says “no drilling” required. We did not drill into our floor, as this heavy item seemed stable enough as-is. - Missing parts. There are supposed to be four round rubber foot pads, but mine has only two. (SEE TWO ATTACHED PHOTOS). This required us to use makeshift rubber pads and rubber bands to level the item (SEE ATTACHED PHOTO). - Sloppy assembly. One of the screws holding the armrest fell off, resulting in me nearly falling while getting up (SEE PHOTO) - Poor customer service. This seller offers zero customer service to include not providing any missing parts. So, to make things right I will have to disassemble this thing, repackage it, then drive to the nearest UPS store to facilitate a return and await a refund. UPDATE AS OF 10/01/2023: Since I cannot do without this item, I ordered a second one and put it together today. There were no missing parts with this one. Now I can take the one with missing parts to a UPS store, and return it. UPDATE as of 11/12/2023: I ordered two more of these beasts for our condo in another state, and they were waiting for us when we arrived. All parts were included! CONCLUSION: IF this item had come with all required parts, and if the armrest had not fallen off, and if the instructions were better, this would be a five-star rating. It’s solid, designed well, and as an overweight person I feel that it is safe. I HAVE PURCHASED THREE OF THEM - and with no hesitation would buy another one if needed. It’s a very good product.

We were pleasantly surprised after installation. It is study and doesn't move. We didn't have to install the floor lags/screws. Bought this for my 81 year old father, who is recovering from a broken leg.

Purchased 2/24 works GREAT but the screws in the armrests ends loosened and fell out making u having to replace the screw into the hole several times making the hole bigger each time so next fix was to GORILLA GLUING IT DOWN TO THE STEEL FLAT PLATE.......it will not come off from that .
