DO NOT BUY - APP NO LONGER WORKS WITH APPLE iOS 11 ONWARDS!
DO NOT BUY - APP NO LONGER WORKS WITH APPLE iOS 11 ONWARDS!We haven't had any problem with the product in terms of picture quality etc and were generally happy with it. We bought this after trying a friends one and thought it would be ideal - despite the high price. The camera itself worked well but the App would freeze occasionally. The app is very clunky, basic and poorly designed.However, we persevered with it. In June Apple sent a warning to our device frequently stating that the App would no longer be supported by future iOS versions. The Hush App is 32bit and iOS 11 onwards are only using 64bit Apps. The App will continue to work with previous iOS versions, but this comes at the risk of not updating your device to ensure it is secure and being used to it's full potential.I contacted Hush in June 2017 to see if they would be updating the App for iOS 11 and had no response! I then contacted them again in September prior to the launch of iOS 11 and then they decided to get back to me. After numerous emails with a different person answering each time, they said the App would not be updated again and that the product was designated End of Life at the end of 2016. I bought this in January 2017 with no such knowledge. Anyway, Hush offered me a BT 2000 video monitor as a replacement. As I'm within my warranty period, I was disappointed by this offer as it in no way matches the spec or features of the Hush monitor. I declined and requested a BT 6000 Video Monitor, which would be a like-for-like replacement. Hush declined this so I escalated the matter with further. I have since found out that there is nothing else they can do because a replacement Hush monitor would leave me in the same and that I try to contact Amazon for a replacement / refund.Not a great experience. To summarise, the camera itself is good, nice and clear. The App is a bit rubbish. The combined package is now totally unusable on iOS 11.

Worst monitor
This is the worst monitor I have every purchased as a foster Carer we need reliability no help from help desk there is no sound at all I have bought many monitors over the years and I wouldn't recommend this one paid over £100 and can't use it think carefully before you buy this monitor.

Rip off. Does not carry out all functions advertised.
Product works on WiFi only, unable to access camera remotely. Would not pay full price for this item, most definitely not worth £90+

Not recommended!
Had to return the product as it failed to perform as expect....frequent screen freezes so no live feeds & very poor sound quality.

Other negative reviews seem odd, this works great. The app is very good and picture quality is ace.

Absolutely awful to use. Randomly kept either freezing or not working. I wouldn't waste your money!

Too many bugs
This camera is useful with its night vision, external viewing, 2way communication, and app use but there are some annoying bits.There is constant interference with buzzing noise(tried various operating system) delayed reactions, crashes and doesn't come with its own viewing device (annoying when you want to use your phone).Overall there are other reliable devices on the market.
