This book is great! It really helps leaders understand and discuss competencies. When the book arrived, the text was a little blurry but I contacted the seller who rectified the situation ASAP. Great customer service!

Terrible quality, blurry font and not properly glued
This is a subpar quality for the same cost. Buy from korn ferry. Waste of money
