The item arrived very quickly and the instructions were very clear. It took some strong pressure to fill the syringe from the main caulking tube. Trimmed the tip on the syringe to the size I needed and easily applied a small bead on the glass surface. Very easy. Then let the first bead dry for a few hours, trimmed the tip more to put a wider bead. Again easy and professional looking. This system made a difficult caulking job EASY.

I bought this because I had to put a thin line of caulk under a mirror edge. I tried to use the filling device but was not successful. So I pulled out the plunger and filled the syringe that way. It was no easy job to force the caulk through the tiny nozzle. It hurt my hand, I had to press so hard. But it worked. I finished the job with just one syringe of caulk. Instead of cleaning out the syringe, I tossed it in the trash since the kit came with extra syringes. If I need to use it again, I will attach some foam or something to the plunger so it won't hurt my hand.

Game changer for detail work.

These syringes do not function as promised. They were very hard to fill - and then once filled, the plunger would not stay depressed against the caulk but kept popping back out. Big waste of money. Oh well.

This product was excellent for what I needed. I had an 1/8th in gap between my counter top and the base of the backsplash where grout had pulled away from the counter top. Cleaned it all out and the tiny tips were amazing to use. I was able to put the tip into the gap to ensure calk made it all the way to the back. Problem is, the black adapter that screws into the top of your calk tube elongates the opening of the tube such that, when you pull the trigger to transfer calk into the syringe, calk starts to oooz out of the tube where the adapter screws in. It was a mess and the calk is special order @ $9 a tube.

I used this product to caulk my baseboard and door trim. I have done three rooms so far. I am terrible with a caulk gun, but using this product my lines are beautiful! I used white lightning 3006 and I have not used any other caulk besides that in this tool. The only down side was that it was so hard to fill it with caulk by myself and it took a lot of force to squeeze it out. It was easy to fill with a second person pulling on the syringe while I pushed it out of the caulk gun. My skin on my hands was very sore by the time I was done with three rooms (about 8 fill ups), but I have soft hands because of my computer job and I am not very strong. Also as a side note, since I am using water-based caulk I put the tool in the bowl of water I was using to wet my finger for the caulk lines every time I had to put it down for more than a minute to keep it from drying out. I still have 8 more rooms and 11 closets to do so when I was done for the day I cleaned the tool out the best I could and left it completely submerged in a bucket of water so the caulk left behind can't dry out. This was only day one using this, but I am very happy so far.

This the second time i have ordered this product. (after my first flood rebuild and my Harvey rebuild) I was able to caulk around my trim much faster and with less waste, same with around the tub, behind the sink places i could not think about getting to with a caulk gun. 50+% less wasted caulk, 50% faster clean up.
