This is perfect for someone wanting to try or get into cold plunge. Set up was very simple and took me maybe fifteen minutes. I ordered the silicone cube trays as well and I can get mine to reach 50 degrees in about an hour after throwing two or three cubes in. Me being a little larger of a guy wishes I got a more tub style one but I wasn't ready to spend that kinda money. Overall I'm very happy with this and I'm using it just about every night after work and it's been helping with the inflammation in my joint. I recommend anyone to try it.

As a hockey player I've used cold water therapy in the past, but never had my own set up. I'm actually very impressed.Firstly, the set up was very simple and the instructions were clear with pictures to guide me through in under 5 minutes.Secondly, once set up with water and ice added, getting in and out of the tub is so easy! Because of the large size and wideness of the design, it's easy to simply step in and out of the ice bath with no strain and the tub is still big enough for me to get my full body (to the neck) in the water! How good is that!Thirdly, the lid and thermometer are very handy inclusions as the lid keeps debris out of the water when not in use, and the thermometer lets me know how cold the water is so I can make sure it's nice and chilly!Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. This ice bath has completely improved my post recovery and now I use it almost every day! If you're thinking about it, get it now! It's great!

The cold plunge, unfortunately, has a persistent leaking problem, making it virtually useless for its intended purpose. The constant need to refill it after each use has turned what should be a convenient and enjoyable experience into a frustrating one.I had high hopes for your product and am genuinely disappointed by this unexpected flaw. As a customer who values quality and reliability, I now find myself in the unfortunate position of having to consider a replacement after just one use.I hope you take this feedback seriously, as addressing issues like these will undoubtedly enhance the overall satisfaction of your customers.

Was worried about quality w the price point being so low, but pleasantly surprised! If you are the 1-2x a week or less person, this will get the job done. The lid isn't solid like the picture shows, it's like a shower cap, if that makes sense. The drain plug was hard to get in, but besides that, it works and does the job! You will consistently need to add 5 bags of ice though, esp if it's outside and not cold outside. My whole family likes it, kids and all! I'd recommend to the normal cold plunge user. There are def nicer options, but for us, this one does the trick.

I used the last version for over a year with minimal issues. When I accidently tore the 1st tub after over a year of use I decided to go with the same brand. This one has an inner liner that developed small tares, allowing water into the area between the liner and the out side membrane.
