Dear customer: Our reusable ice cubes filled with purified water inside .They are harmless in case of any accidental breaks, leaks or damage.

Q: Can I use these to make iced coffee? Or will a hot drink melt the plastic?

A hot drink shouldn’t melt the plastic, but isn’t iced coffee made with cold water or milk? These can be used to keep a cold coffee colder for longer without diluting the coffee as a normal ice cube would when it melts.

Q: How long do they stay frozen

Dear customer, It depends on how long you put the ice cubes in the freezer,room temp and the temp of your drink.Once the water is frozen inside the reusable ice cube, 25 plastic ice cubes can keep 1L purified water cold for about 1.5 hrs.

Q: How long does it take them to freeze completely??

I have not timed the refereeing. I just put them back I the freezer when I am done, usually at night. They are fully frozen the next morning.
