This had a good mixture of vitamins. I do find it quite pricey though.

I am about at the end of the bottle and I don’t think I will be ordering another. I have suffered from IBS since I was a teenager. It’s a family thing. Four of my bothers also suffer or suffered from it. This is a supplement. Lots of vitamins and something called “IBS Blend”. It also makes a claim about Nitric Oxide being a miracle molecule but Nitric Oxide is not found in the ingredients. Odd. My IBS symptoms have had no change during the weeks that I have been faithfully taking this supplement. I have good days and bad days. It has to do with what I eat and stress and phases of the moon etc…

Happily, I'm noticing positive results! I'm only taking 1 capsule a day and that seems to be enough for my particular concern. This Real Science brand supplement are soft clear capsules with dark brown granules inside (like coffee), and are less than 1" long, so easy to swallow. Did not notice any flavor. They're rather pricey, the ingredients are interesting being mostly vitamins with amount listed, but no clue on what makes their IBS Blend, or the specific amounts of vinitrox and Gaba. Hopefully, for the price, all is safe and worth using. I'm satisfied with my results, things seem to be getting regulated, and that's a good thing.

I admittedly try a lot of different digestion/gut health supplements because in my opinion, you never feel or look better than when your digestive health is in A+ condition. Some definitely work better than others, and while it's impossible to tell how much a single supplement improves your gut-health, there are patterns you can pick up on.This one, I can say after a good while, has always resulted in me feeling very regular/un-bloated whenever I use it consistently, which is a great result in my mind. I'm impressed so far!

I was diagnosed with IBS last year, and it has not been a funny journey. In my search for anything that works, I decided to give this a try. So far, so good: I have had far less bloating than usual. Also, the pills are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. I intend to keep using this, and I would recommend this to others.
