Arrived quickly and safely. I had been bothered for some time with a stiff neck and aching back and thought this neck collar might help. Am glad to say that it has certainly helped me. Am using the collar every second night and my stiff neck is no more and my back is much better. Am amazed at how much it has helped and would certainly recommend it.

I haven't been using this every night, but I have noticed that when I don't I'm more likely to wake up with a tension headache, so will be using it more regularly from now on. The only problem I have with it is that it can be a little warm sometimes, but that is in itself an advantage as I find heat helps with my headaches. On the whole a good product and a good alternative to microwave heat packs.

Product is neatly sewed but does not help me very much with muscle tension.

Keep natural body temperature, better choice for some occasions than heated pad. I use it daily.

I was hoping this would be good considering how much it cost but unfortunately the back of the sleeve rolls up or curls up the back of your neck. Does not fit flat like in the picture. I think if it didn't have the stiffer edge along the top and bottom it would fit better.

I use this for neck problems, it's brilliant and makes the days more bearable. I recommend this neck support.
