PME NZ123 JEM Large Petal / Ruffle Piping Nozzle no. 123, Silver

I use this nozzle to create my buttercream peony floral cupcakes (see purple flower in photo), the easiest flower to pipe. Easy cleaned, I pop mine in the dishwasher and it’s lasted years so durable. Good value for money also.

This nozzle is brilliant for making beautiful roses on the top of my cupcakes The size is suitable for cupcakes or small detailing Can be difficult to clean, but a small bottle brush will solve that Easy to use and great value for money

I had an order for some buttercream flower cupcakes and thought I had all the nozzles needed, I did have one similar to this but noticed a notch in it which could have affected the result. Ordered this and it is fantastic, no seams etc so the buttercream comes out flawlessly

This tip is great for a lot of flowers. I use it to make peonies and ranunculus mostly. The 121 is also great for inside petals if you're trying to add depth and dimension. You can use both. I'm left handed. It would be great if JEM would come out with a lefty version so we don't have to do things reversed and in the direction of away from ourselves. It can be awkward and frustrating at times but you learn to live in a right handed world 😊
