Additionally, it would be an excellent supplement for any students enrolled in an academic course focused on ethics and compliance.

If your rules are not working the answer according to Hunt, may not be more rules. There are a number of analysis tools offered and helpful guidance on how to carry the analysis out to better understand what the solution may be. Well worth a read!

Great book from Christian Hunt in which he demonstrates that, without building in the human factor, well-meaning attempts to manage risk in organisations can easily go off track.Mike Tyson said "everyone had a plan until they get punched in the face". Christian might well say that every risk management plan sounds great until actual, real-life humans get their hands on it.This book approaches an often dull subject with good humour and plenty of stories to illustrate the points being made. If you work in Finande, HR, or Compliance it's particularly relevant. But it's also an invaluable series of insights for anyone trying to organise anything.What sounds like a great idea in a management meeting doesn't always work on the shop floor. Unless you humanise your risk...then you might be in with a chance...!

This is an excellent book. The style is easy to follow and engaging. It is a must read for Compliance Leaders who want to advance their Compliance functions and stay relevant in a rapidly changing and challenging world.
