Awesome and practical
Very practical, there is no waste and cleanup requirement. You can direct the flow inwards so you don't end up putting the chemical on your driveway or places where you do not want it. I wish this was a bit cheaper (feeder and feeding material) so that everyone can afford it. This might just replace all feeders out there due to the design. As for the grub killer, I have yet to see if the grub did get controlled. I noticed way too many of them invading my plants and house. I don't like chemicals and I actually encourage insects like bees, butterfly, etc, even grasshoppers. I try not to spray such harsh chemicals but when it comes to grub that start eating your entire lawn I had to do something when I saw an army of them. I don't see them anymore after I used this product so I am not sure if the product helped or it was something else. For other insect control I use pure Neem spray and home make soap based spray which is not harmful to anyone except the bad insects. So it may just be my spraying practice and/or combination of grub control. Either ways, job is done.

Easy but I wish I knew about it sooner
I really like this. It took less than 10 minutes to run out of it on my front lawn but it was super easy. I just need to find the snaps and stock up since they don't sell them anymore in store. They always seem to cancel the good stuff.

Complete junk, can see why was discontinued now
Found the spreader at thrift store and really didn't know much about it. So ok, I have to buy the snap pacs, not bad. Bag says product covers "up to 4,000 square feet". Well, since there are no I guess amount adjustments on the spreader you just have to go with what it puts out right? Well I barely got my front yard done and that's not even 2000 square feet so what am I supposed to do with the other side yard and my backyard and my other side yard? Pay another $54 a bag to do each side of my house that's ridiculous. So as far as value for money yeah not worth it at all. Especially since the spreader was discontinued and you have to pay an arm and a leg for the bags if you can find one.

I followed directions and even in excessive heat and near drought conditions my yard looks better than it ever has
I have been working on beautifying my yard for years. I tried the "all natural" approach. This year I read a lot of reviews, watched how tos and decided the Scotts Snap System was up my alley. I followed directions and even in excessive heat and near drought conditions my yard looks better than it ever has. The system worked per directions and I am ready to do my fall spreading.
