I had previously posted a negative review due to some issues I faced while registering my extended warranty with ONSITEGO. However, today I had the pleasure of speaking with Adrian, an agent from ONSITEGO, who went above and beyond to assist me. He patiently walked me through the entire registration process, explaining each step in detail, and ensured that everything was taken care of. His professionalism and customer-centric approach were greatly appreciated. I also have a suggestion that could further improve the registration experience: When sending out the registration link and instructions, it would be helpful if the order ID (whether it’s for the product or warranty) is explicitly mentioned, so customers know exactly which option to select. This small change could save time and confusion for many users. Thanks again to Adrian and ONSITEGO for the fantastic support!

It's a useless warranty product. They are just looting our money. Don't take it. I bought 3 Induction cook top up and took this extended warranty. 2 of them are non functioning now. Not powering on. When I raised a request they asked for photos. Both of them are having a little crack since it's plastic, it is a natural thing. They can't explain what a little crack has to do with powering on of a gas. They refused for warranty claim. It's a thing like your car's engine is not covered under warranty coz your window is dented. Does that happen in real world?? It's a shame for Amazon as well for keeping cheating companies like these on their platform. Never buy it. It's useless. Also it's non-returnable. My 3rd gas wasn't even delivered when I faced this experience. So I wanted to cancel 3rd wrty but there was no option for refund. So I was looted 3rd time. It's a scam. Please deprive from it.

Sanavya washing machine pulsator purchased on 25/02/25 . The product is under additional extented warranty for 1 year. The item has become unserviceable. I don't know how to report to the company for replacement.
