These are so good. Even if you don't like Tripe, these aren't tripe and don't taste like offal. These have a bouncy great texture just like actual tripe and are soaked in a really good marinade that's got a very balanced level of spices. They have a nice chili/Sichuan peppercorn flavor. The green ones aren't too sour but just a little tart and has more of a chili/vinegar flavor, the red ones are spicier and more numbing spices. It's one of the best low carb spicy snacks I've ever had. They are individually packaged in little squeezable packs so you can have a quick snack and not make a mess.

Giving a five star review because its courtesy for the business but my husband and I did not really enjoy these. The packaging was done well though, and it came in edible. He & I may just not be used to the ingredients so it was pretty spicy for us. We were really looking forward to trying something new but when it arrived we were kind of overwhelmed by the difference, personally. It can be good if you're trying to explore the culinary world but beware it is very unique & SPICY, we've not had many things in life like it in our culture (USA). These are DELICIOUS! I LOVE the texture. My only complaint is, I don't taste any sour, and they're REALLY SPICY. Someone in reviews said these are mild (No they're not). I hope they come out with a mild version, so my tummy can handle them better. Other than that, they're VERY GOOD!
